Ventilation Construction Manager – Frankfurt – Data Centre Build
Join the site leadership team in Frankfurt as Ventilation Construction Manager, overseeing day-to-day ductwork and ventilation system installation. You’ll manage contractor teams, enforce high safety and QA standards, and coordinate programme delivery in critical live zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily installation of ductwork and HVAC components across designated zones.
Coordinate work permits, installation sequences, and issue resolution.
Review RAMS, method statements, and ensure compliance with spec and design.
Requirements:
Experience managing ventilation installs on technical or mission-critical projects.
Knowledge of clean build principles and airflow requirements in data centres.
EU passport preferred due to site compliance and travel requirements.
Package:
€90,000 - €100,000 + €1,500 net per month allowances
Full travel, accommodation, and 17/4 rotation package.
