ICT Project Manager – Data Centre - Amsterdam

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects.

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

•    End-to-End ICT & Systems Integration Management
Lead the planning and coordination of ICT and ELV systems integration across the data centre, ensuring seamless interfacing between structured cabling, security systems, BMS, and client IT infrastructure.
•    Programme Alignment & Commissioning Support
Work closely with construction, MEP, and commissioning teams to align ICT deliverables with the overall project programme, supporting integrated systems testing (IST) and ensuring readiness for client handover.
•    Vendor & Specialist Contractor Coordination
Manage ICT vendors and specialist subcontractors, overseeing installation, configuration, and integration activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme milestones.
•    Technical Assurance & Quality Control
Ensure all ICT systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in line with design intent, client requirements, and industry best practice, carrying out inspections and supporting issue resolution through to close-out.
•    Stakeholder Management & Client Interface
Act as the key interface between the project team and client ICT stakeholders, facilitating technical workshops, coordinating design integration, and ensuring all systems meet operational and performance requirements at handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
