Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company has become a trusted name within the mission-critical sector.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a large-scale data centre project in Sweden.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. With a strong focus on civil engineering and structural works, the CSA Construction Manager will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing interfaces, and driving the CSA package through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA works are executed in line with design intent, programme requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on a large-scale data centre project in Sweden
• Oversee civil engineering works including groundworks, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete structures
• Manage structural elements including steel and concrete works, ensuring correct sequencing and installation
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project programme
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are achieved
• Work closely with planning teams to develop and maintain construction schedules and progress tracking
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all CSA works
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues in a timely manner
• Manage interfaces between CSA and MEP packages to ensure coordinated delivery
• Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project phases
• Drive a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong background in civil engineering and structural construction methodologies
• Experience managing complex subcontractor packages and site operations
• Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and manage project interfaces
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and health & safety regulations
