Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company has become a trusted name within the mission-critical sector.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join the delivery team on a large-scale data centre project in Sweden.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site management, subcontractors, and the quality team, the CSA Supervisor will play a key role in driving day-to-day site operations across civil and structural packages.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and quality teams to ensure all CSA works are executed in line with design intent, programme requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all on-site CSA activities including civil works, structural elements, and architectural finishes
• Oversee day-to-day operations of subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to programme
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor site progress and report on daily activities and key milestones
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are maintained
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure works meet required standards and documentation is completed correctly
• Identify and address site issues, escalating where necessary to maintain programme and quality targets
• Support site meetings, coordination meetings, and planning sessions
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all CSA activities
• Assist with snagging, inspections, and close-out of works in line with project requirements
• Promote a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures

Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a CSA supervisory role on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction processes
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes and health & safety requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-specification project environment
