Our client is a leading engineering & construction main contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Northern and Central Europe. Operating on a full turnkey basis, the company manages projects from initial design through to civil works, structural build, M&E installation, ICT integration, and final commissioning. With an annual turnover exceeding €1bn and consistent double-digit growth, they are recognised as a key player in the hyperscale data centre sector.

Due to ongoing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced ICT / Integration Manager to join the team delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam.

The ICT / Integration Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the integration of telecoms, network infrastructure, and IT systems across the facility. This position will ensure all digital and communications systems are seamlessly coordinated, installed, and commissioned in line with project specifications and operational requirements.

Working closely with M&E teams, design consultants, specialist ICT subcontractors, and commissioning engineers, you will manage the integration process from installation through to testing and final handover within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with project management, technical teams, vendors, and client representatives to ensure all ICT and telecoms systems are delivered to the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all ICT, telecoms, and systems integration activities across the project
• Review ICT designs, network architectures, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with specialist subcontractors to deliver structured cabling, fibre, and network infrastructure
• Oversee installation of IT, telecoms, and data systems, ensuring alignment with programme timelines
• Ensure interoperability between ICT systems and wider MEP infrastructure
• Support commissioning and testing of network, telecoms, and integrated systems
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior project stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation of system installations, testing, and handover records
• Identify and resolve technical integration and connectivity issues on site
• Liaise with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Promote and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality across all ICT activities
