Construction Manager – Data Centre - Zurich Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects. Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking experienced Construction Manager in Zurich. Responsibilities • CSA Package Delivery Requirements Must have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Benefits €80,000 - €90,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €35,000 per annum Overseas allowance
€80,000 - €90,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package – Permanent Role
Take ownership of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works, ensuring delivery in line with programme, design, and quality expectations.
• Site Coordination & Execution
Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring efficient sequencing of works across the project.
• Subcontractor & Quality Management
Oversee CSA subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards throughout the build process.
• Programme & Interface Management
Track construction progress, manage trade interfaces, and resolve on-site challenges to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and client representatives to address issues quickly and support successful project delivery.
Must have degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
EU Passport or RTW in Switzerland is required
