We are partnering with a high-growth market leader in modular cleanroom design for the biopharmaceutical sector, delivering projects across the UK and EMEA. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Site Manager to oversee internal finishes on controlled cleanroom projects in the Midlands.
This is an urgent requirement for an experienced professional to manage specialist fit-out works, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of specialist internal finishes including wall systems, ceilings, flooring, doors, hygienic finishes, and architectural elements.
Direct and manage subcontractors responsible for cleanroom finishes, maintaining sequencing, resolving challenges, and ensuring productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance, regulatory, and cleanroom standards, including strict tolerances and hygiene requirements.
Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
Monitor progress against the construction programme, implement short-term lookahead planning, and resolve constraints affecting delivery.
Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications, milestones, and handover targets.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a similar role managing internal finishes on cleanroom or pharmaceutical projects.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Strong understanding of cleanroom standards and pharmaceutical construction requirements.
Based within commutable distance of Athlone, Midlands, Ireland.
