ICT / Integration Manager 
Data Centre Construction – Groningen, Netherlands
Our client is a well-established engineering and construction contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale data centre developments across Europe. Offering a full lifecycle service, they manage projects from early-stage design and planning through to construction, M&E installation, ICT integration, commissioning, and final handover. With a strong project pipeline and consistent year-on-year growth, the company continues to expand its footprint in the hyperscale data centre market.
As part of this growth, they are now seeking an experienced ICT / Integration Manager to join the team on a major data centre project in Groningen.
In this role, you will take ownership of all ICT and telecoms integration activities across the site, ensuring that network infrastructure, structured cabling, and IT systems are delivered and integrated efficiently within a complex, high-availability environment. You will play a key part in aligning digital infrastructure with core MEP systems, supporting the successful delivery of a fully operational facility.
Working alongside project managers, design consultants, specialist vendors, and commissioning teams, you will oversee integration from installation through to testing and client handover. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the coordination and delivery of ICT and telecoms integration across the project
• Review and manage network designs, ICT specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate installation of fibre, structured cabling, and active network systems
• Ensure ICT systems are fully integrated with electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Manage specialist subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
• Support system testing, commissioning, and final validation processes
• Track installation progress and provide detailed reporting to senior management
• Maintain accurate records of installations, testing, and system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to connectivity and integration
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Uphold strict health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
