Job Title:- Junior Quantity Surveyor 
Location - North West London

With a turnover of over £25 million, one of UK’S bespoke Specialist Drylining Contractor are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2  years’ experience within drylining,celiengs and Partitions.

•    Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position
•    Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain
•    Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages
•    Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan
•    Assist Management of cost changes throughout project
•    Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts
•    Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream
•    Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment

Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into North West London and Central London and have previous experience working within Drylining Contractor valued between £100,000-£5Million
