Senior Site Engineer – Dublin – High rise Residential

We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with experienced Senior Site Engineers in Dublin.

Responsibilities

•   Site Engineering Leadership
Lead and coordinate all on-site engineering activities on a high-rise residential project, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with programme, drawings, and specifications, while providing hands-on technical support to site teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain progress.
•   Technical Coordination
Act as the key interface between design teams, subcontractors, and site management, managing RFIs, technical submittals, and design queries, while proactively identifying clashes and buildability concerns to prevent delays and rework.
•   Quality & Compliance
Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures, carrying out inspections and ensuring all works comply with relevant regulations, specifications, and ITP requirements, with accurate and timely QA documentation.
•   Team Development
Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety across the engineering team.
•   Surveying & Documentation
Oversee all setting out activities to ensure accuracy across the build, while maintaining comprehensive as-built records and ensuring all engineering documentation is complete, organised, and ready for project handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 4+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale residential projects or similar
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
