Our client is a well-established international contractor delivering large-scale construction projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and project delivery, the company operates across a diverse portfolio including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities.

Due to continued expansion within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced Structural Lead to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Finland.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and coordinating all structural works on site, ensuring that construction activities are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the highest quality standards. Working closely with project management, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Structural Lead will play a key role in driving programme delivery and maintaining construction excellence on this high-profile mission-critical development.
The successful candidate will work closely with project management, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all structural works are delivered in line with design intent, programme requirements, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all structural construction works on a large-scale data centre project in Finland
• Supervise and direct site teams and specialist subcontractors delivering structural packages including foundations, concrete frames, structural steel, and associated infrastructure works
• Ensure all structural activities are delivered in accordance with project drawings, engineering specifications, and programme milestones
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure strict quality control procedures are implemented across all structural works
• Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture across all site operations
• Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and sequencing issues
• Manage daily site operations related to structural packages, including planning, resource allocation, and work sequencing
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of method statements, risk assessments, and lift plans relating to structural works
• Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and quality records
• Support project delivery through proactive management of structural works to ensure alignment with overall project programme and commissioning milestones
