This is a senior, hands-on role managing all aspects of electrical delivery, from design through to installation, testing, and commissioning. You will work on a technically complex, high-capacity data centre, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the project meets its timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage all electrical works on site, including installation, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate with design, mechanical, civil, and other project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and client specifications
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing of electrical installations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the electrical team
• Prepare clear and concise project reports for senior management
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all electrical activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards
• Proven track record managing electrical works on large-scale construction projects, ideally data centres, industrial, or high-tech facilities
• Strong understanding of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk effectively
• Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications
• Current EU passport or rights to work in Sweden is essential for this role
