Our Client operating within the specialist office design fit-out and project management sector requires Technical Services Manager to work on a commercial, smart office fit out project based in Andover on an ongoing temporary assignment basis. The desired candidate will be M&E qualified ideally with experience gained from working with a main fit out contractor and experience responsible for design management with the professional services team and architect on various aspects of each project, managing the services trade contractors from approvals, quality control, commissioning, documentation & training. You will also ensure all installations meet programme requirements for time, cost & quality, conduct on-site inspections & testing ensuring materials & works are carried out to client specification in addition to coordinating the schedule of works with the master plan ensuring work in progress is maintained interfacing with Project Managers, Clients & Architects ensuring project specifications met and H&S risk assessments to reduce incidents
CSCS and either SSSTS/SMSTS are mandatory. The assignment is offered as an immediate start.
