Site Supervisor 

Data Centre Construction Project

Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe. Known for delivering high-quality mission-critical facilities, the company specialises in full turnkey solutions from design and construction through to commissioning and handover.
Due to continued project growth across the Netherlands, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on a major data centre construction project in Amsterdam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality expectations. The CSA Site Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring daily site operations, and supporting the successful delivery of the project through all construction phases.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA activities are executed in accordance with project requirements, company procedures, and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily CSA construction activities across multiple work areas on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and escalate delays or issues where required
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures
• Promote and enforce site health & safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with site coordination, logistics planning, and sequencing of works
• Monitor workmanship and ensure high standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction
• Support project reporting through daily site records, progress tracking, and issue management
• Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, safety, and subcontractor performance
• Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning support, and final handover activities

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a CSA Site Supervisor on large-scale construction projects
• Previous experience within data centre or mission-critical environments is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site coordination processes
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades within fast-paced construction environments
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to site management
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams
• Trade qualification, construction-related certification, or equivalent practical experience preferred
