Mechanical Package Manager – Data Centre Project – Sweden
€90,000 - €100,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Sweden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key mechanical work packages from installation through to commissioning and handover, ensuring successful project delivery across all programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Mechanical work packages throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical site activities in conjunction with the wider project team

• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring progress, manpower levels, and productivity targets are achieved

• Manage QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

• Coordinate schedules with planners, project managers, consultants, and design teams

• Review drawings, technical submittals, and construction information

• Attend and lead coordination, planning, engineering, and progress meetings

• Track programme milestones and ensure timely delivery of package scope

• Support commercial management through variation tracking and package reporting

• Prepare and issue progress reports to project stakeholders

• Manage mechanical snagging, commissioning readiness, and package close-out activities

• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination challenges

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline

• 7+ years' experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects

• Strong experience managing HVAC, piping, utilities, and mechanical building services installations

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management, and commissioning processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Semiconductor, or Mission Critical project experience preferred
