Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centre Project, Skellefteå, Sweden
€80,000 – €90,000 DOE + Rotation + Accommodation + Flights + Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of Europe's largest mission-critical construction projects, managing complex electrical installations from construction through to commissioning.

The Role

As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take ownership of all electrical works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with programme and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical construction activities across the project
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, manpower, and progress tracking
• Drive QA/QC compliance and ensure installation quality standards are achieved
• Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, consultants, and design teams
• Chair site coordination and progress meetings
• Monitor project milestones, programme delivery, and reporting
• Manage electrical snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar
• 7+ years' experience in electrical construction management
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, commissioning, and project delivery processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced, high-value construction environments
