We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing European contractor delivering world-class data centre and high-tech projects across the Nordics and Western Europe. They have played key roles in delivering some of Europe’s most impressive Data Centre projects to date and are now looking to further expand their team with a Planner in Dublin.

Responsibilities

•   Programme Development & Management (Primavera P6)
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones, phasing, and sequencing requirements specific to fast-track data centre construction.
•   Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against baseline schedules, producing accurate and timely reports, highlighting delays, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
•   Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure programme integration across all disciplines, with a strong focus on MEP and commissioning activities.
•   Risk & Delay Analysis
Identify potential programme risks and constraints, carrying out delay analysis and scenario planning to support proactive decision-making and recovery planning.
•   Change Management & Programme Optimisation
Manage programme changes, ensuring all variations are accurately reflected within the schedule, while continuously identifying opportunities to optimise sequencing and improve project delivery timelines.

Requirements

Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin City Centre
