We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major mission-critical construction project in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial/data centre development, managing key Civil and Structural work packages from construction through to handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all CSA packages are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, design teams, and project stakeholders. • Manage and coordinate Civil & Structural work packages across the project lifecycle • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline • Competitive salary and packageCSA Package Manager – Sweden

• Oversee day-to-day site operations alongside the wider project team
• Implement and manage QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Coordinate schedules with planners, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and design teams
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking, manpower levels, and coordination meetings
• Ensure all project and subcontractor documentation is maintained and up to date
• Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and handover meetings
• Liaise with design teams to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and builders works requirements to ensure coordination and constructability
• Support commercial activities including variation tracking and progress reviews
• Issue progress reports to project stakeholders and senior management
• Manage CSA snagging activities and ensure timely close-out of all items
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues across the projectRequirements
• 7+ years' experience within the CSA construction sector
• Strong experience managing Civil and Structural packages on large-scale projects
• Experience in programme management, scheduling, and sequencing of works
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver packages to programme
• Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site operations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• Data Centre, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Battery Plant, or Mission Critical project experience preferredBenefits
