We are working with a leading data centre contractor delivering major hyperscale and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a CSA Engineer to join a flagship data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineer to join a fast-paced project team delivering one of Europe's largest data centre developments. You will play a key role supporting the successful delivery of CSA works, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

This role suits an ambitious engineer looking to develop their career on large-scale mission-critical projects while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, and project teams
• Monitor site progress and provide updates against programme milestones
• Assist with implementation and management of QA/QC procedures and inspections
• Ensure technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and site records are maintained accurately
• Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and coordination workshops
• Liaise with design teams to resolve technical issues and obtain construction information
• Assist with setting out, site verification, and quality inspections
• Track variations and support commercial reporting activities
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues across CSA packages
• Assist with snagging, punch list management, and project close-out activities

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 2–5 years' experience within the CSA construction sector
• Experience working on Civil, Structural and Architectural packages
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies
• Experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects is advantageous
• Motivated individual seeking long-term career development within large-scale construction projects
