CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Construction (Sweden)

€115,000 - €130,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance

We are working with a leading data centre contractor delivering major hyperscale and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued project growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a flagship data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.

This is a senior site leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages on a large-scale data centre project. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site teams, drive programme performance, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This role suits an experienced CSA professional with a strong background in large-scale construction projects who can take ownership of complex work packages and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Civil, Structural & Architectural work packages from construction through to handover
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities across project teams and subcontractors
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and programme delivery in collaboration with planners and design teams
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, project specifications, and client requirements
• Drive site safety performance and promote a strong HSE culture across all work fronts
• Manage subcontractor performance, resources, progress tracking, and coordination meetings
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and design information to ensure constructability and compliance
• Liaise closely with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Attend and chair site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and progress meetings
• Manage variations, commercial performance, budgets, and project reporting requirements
• Oversee snagging, project close-out, and handover activities
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues throughout delivery

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years' experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural works
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and project programmes
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and variations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, HSE, and construction best practices
• Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Large-Scale Infrastructure experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
