CSA Construction Manager – Sweden

€90,000 – €110,000 + Package | Accommodation + Flights + Rotation

We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a major mission-critical construction project in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial/data centre development, leading Civil, Structural, and Architectural works from construction through to project completion.

The successful candidate will take ownership of CSA delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) activities across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations with project managers, planners, subcontractors, and design teams
• Manage site QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower levels, productivity, and programme delivery
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure buildability and compliance
• Attend and chair site meetings, planning meetings, engineering reviews, and handover meetings
• Liaise with design teams to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements
• Monitor project progress and issue reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive Health & Safety performance and promote a strong safety culture on site
• Support commercial activities including variations, change management, and progress reviews
• Manage snagging, project close-out, and final handover activities
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues across the project

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 7+ years' experience in CSA Construction Management roles
• Strong experience managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on large-scale projects
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects safely and on programme
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, project planning, sequencing, and site operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Data Centre, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Battery Plant, or Mission Critical experience preferred
