Our client is a leading international contractor specialising in the delivery of mission-critical and hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and high-quality project execution, the company delivers complex turnkey solutions from enabling works through to commissioning and handover.
Due to continued growth and a strong European project pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join the delivery team on a major live data centre refurbishment project in Düsseldorf.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The CSA Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, driving programme delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with project directors, construction managers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA packages are executed in line with project objectives, programme requirements, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all CSA construction activities across the refurbishment project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works
• Monitor project progress against programme milestones and implement mitigation measures where required
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
• Oversee site health & safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture across all work areas
• Lead site coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, inspections, and quality assurance processes throughout the project
• Work closely with commercial and planning teams to support programme delivery and cost control
• Coordinate refurbishment activities within a live or partially operational mission-critical environment
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimise delays and disruption
• Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project controls processes, and industry best practice

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction or engineering projects
• Previous experience within data centre, mission-critical, or live refurbishment environments desirable
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies, sequencing, and package management
• Experience managing subcontractors across multiple work fronts and complex project phases
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, health & safety, and project controls processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage fast-paced project environments
• Degree-qualified or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
