Site Manager - Internals - Main Contractor - Greenwich Millennium Village 

This is a permanent position

Our client is currently seeking an Internals Manager to join their team on a residential project in London.

They do not pay healthcare or travel
Their working day is 7:30am to 6pm 
They offer 21-days holiday 
Salaries are on the low side of market rate
And yet their Site Managers are loyal, happy and stay with the company for years.
We will only propose candidates to them who have stayed for more than 2.5 years with their last two employers

The Role

Implementation of Daily and Weekly Programmes
Attending weekly Management Team meeting
Maintaining the Site Diary 
Compiling labour allocation sheets
Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors.
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
Dealing with all Health and Safety issues on site.
Ability to motivate Labourers and sub-contractors.

You will need

You must be a Trade Qualified Carpenter.
You must have 5 years experience as a General Foreman / Finishing Foreman.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
A track record of working on residential/commercial projects.
CSCS Black card
SMSTS Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
