Senior Site Manager – Andover – Commercial Fit Out / Refurbishment (freelance)
Our client is a recognised national contractor undertaking Fit Out, Build and Refurbishment works for blue-chip clients across the country
The need now exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a £6m, 9-month office refurbishment / fit out scheme in Andover, Hampshire
This project will involve the restack refurbishment and Cat-B fit out of 6-floors of office space for a banking client
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a good level of commercial fit out experience and the usual site certifications (CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS / SSSTS)
Applicants should live within a daily commute of Andover as lodge / lodge allowance will not be offered
