Senior Quantity Surveyor – Remote Working – Fit Out

Our client is a multi-disciplined construction and engineering services contractor with a turnover in excess of £4bn, and growing

This organisation has numerous divisions within the group. This role will be working within their Project Services division. This division undertakes project-based works, usually fit out and refurbishment schemes, with values between £100k - £20m

Due to continued growth in the division, our client is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. This role will be specifically concerned with managing multiple, simultaneous projects as part of a national rollout upgrade programme for a retail banking client. These upgrades will be fast-track schemes (generally 6-8 weeks) fit out & refurbishments.

We are seeking a Senior QS who is comfortable setting up contracts, procuring subcontractors and managing multiple, simultaneous fast-track projects. There will be some client interaction so some client facing skills are also essential

This is a national rollout scheme and therefore this role with be primarily a remote working arrangement with occasional visits to their London based HQ
