Senior BIM Coordinator- Dublin

Due to our client's ongoing expansion, we are seeking to hire a Senior BIM Coordinator for our Dublin projects. As a BIM Coordinator, you will contribute technical expertise to implement and manage the BIM process from pre-contract to project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for the BIM process on the project.

• Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.

• Ensure all project team members adhere to the BIM Execution Plan.

• Establish BIM coordination workshops, report progress, and record proceedings.

• Record BIM models and their status.

• Establish quality control procedures to verify model accuracy and appropriate definition levels for each project stage.

• Identify and document clashes using Navisworks Manage, leading clash detection meetings with other project stakeholders.

• Advise the team on significant clashes and information issues related to the BIM aspect of the works.

• Record and monitor shared data and relationships between models.

• Identify and agree on shared technical requirements, software interoperability, and BIM standards for each team member.

• Monitor the uploading of information models to the Common Data Environment, ensuring compliance with the BIM execution plan.

• Coordinate the handover of models and data at agreed milestones.

• Conduct occasional model generation to facilitate design development.

• Ensure skills and expertise are kept up to date in this rapidly changing environment.

• Perform all other duties associated with this role.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with main contractor is desirable.

• Experience in industrial/Data Centre and or large commercial projects is ideal.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work on your initiative.

Project allocation will depend on timing of on-boarding.
