Project Manager

Project Manager- Central London 

£60,000- 70,000 DOE 

Our client, a leading Fit-out Contractor, with a turnover of over £100 million, needs a Site Based Project Manager to join their growing team in Central London. As a Site Based Project Manager, you will support the project development throughout all stages, including design, construction, testing and handover.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Initiate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects. 

• Conduct site assessment to identify the project requirements, risks, and opportunities. 

• Team up with stakeholders to specify project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. 

• Identify and distribute resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. 

• Oversee all the site construction activities ensuring that works are performed safely and effectively following the project plans and specifications. 

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Carry out quality control measures and procedures to identify and address construction errors and deficiencies. 

• Manage project costs, cash flows, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders. 

• Prepare regular updates on project progress, milestones and issues and address stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Manage and facilitate joinery and kitchen installations on site. 

• Managing CAT A and CAT B contracts experience is an advantage. 

• Available to travel when needed. 

• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS & FIRST Aid qualifications are desirable. 

• Proven record of accomplishments as a Project Manager delivering complex projects in Fit Out industry. 

• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule. 

• Strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
