Project Director – Frankfurt, Germany – Data Centres

We are currently partnering with a leading Roofing and Cladding Package Contractor who have seen continuous success in the Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a €15m package of works on a Data Centre construction project in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

•    Lead the project from inception to completion, taking full responsibility for mobilisation, building the project team, establishing site protocols, and driving delivery through to handover.
•    Oversee the successful execution of a €15m roofing, facades, and cladding package on a hyperscale data centre, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and technical requirements.
•    Take full commercial ownership of the package, including budget control, change management, subcontractor payments, and financial reporting.
•    Drive site operations and programme performance, ensuring effective sequencing, logistics, labour management, and progress tracking against key milestones.
•    Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, maintaining strict QA/QC processes and adherence to German and EU regulations.
•    Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration across project management, site, commercial, and design functions while maintaining strong relationships with the client and main contractor.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience managing roofing, facades and cladding packages (preferably on Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role

Benefits

Circa €120,000 + Full Rotational Package
