Are you a skilled Planner seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sweden? We are currently recruiting for a reputable engineering firm involved in a cutting-edge data center project.

As a Planner, you will have a key role in our project implementation and delivery processes. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of engineers and industry professionals to ensure the safe completion of projects. This position will be based full-time onsite at one of our projects in Sweden.

Job Description:

  • Guiding the team in developing detailed EPC construction schedules for establishing a baseline agreement with the client. 
  • Proficiency in fully resourcing loaded schedules and tracking KPIs. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timely updating of construction schedules. 
  • Monitoring planned versus actual Earned Value (EV) progress. 
  • Collaborating with construction team members to document and manage any issues using the appropriate change control mechanisms. 
  • Participating in site meetings, both internal and client-based. 
  • Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes. 
  • Utilizing internal database project control system. 
  • Supervising fabrication workshops and site installation output. 
  • Tracking productivity of craft labor through Spent versus Earned hours. 
  • Taking the lead in producing and coordinating the issuance of weekly construction reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an M&E contracting environment. 
  • Experience with Primavera P6 software is essential. 
  • Remuneration package will be based on qualifications and experience.
