€90,000- 100,000 DOE + Package

Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical BMS Manager to be working onsite in Hoogebrug, Netherlands for a leading engineering services contractor currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe. The organisation’s division includes Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection and also offer other exceptional services in Off Site Fabrication, Waste to Energy (BioEnergy),  Technical Support Services, Asset Management, Specialist Lift, Maintenance, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying. 

As a Mechanical BMS Manager you will be responsible for the BMS package including design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing, commissioning & startup, for a large value, hyper-scale Data Center. You will be reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, the successful candidate will be required to manage all aspects of the package such as quality, progress & programme and commercial. As BMS Package Manager you will be required to interface with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system requirements are coordinated and delivered. As BMS Package Manager you will be required to review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS design.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Mastery of technical knowledge of BMS systems and products.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Holds 8 years experience in BMS roles with at least 3 years in a lead role.

• Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path.

• Previous experience working in the Netherlands is an advantage but not essential.

• Possess a sound understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems.

• Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5.

• Excellent IT skills.
