Mechanical BMS Engineer- Netherlands

€ 75,000-85,000 DOE + Package

We are assisting an established and rapidly growing engineering services contractor in their search for a dedicated Mechanical BMS Engineer to be working in the company's projects in  Hoogebrug, Netherlands. The company is focused in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers additional top notch services that includes Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying. 

As a Mechanical BMS Engineer you will be responsible for the BMS package including design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing, commissioning & startup. Reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to manage all aspects of the package such as quality, progress & programme and commercial. The BMS Engineer will be required to interface with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system requirements are coordinated and delivered.You will be required to review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS design. Key Skills and Requirements:

• Mastery in technical knowledge of BMS systems and products.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Hold 5 years experience in BMS roles.

• Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path.

• Previous experience working in the Netherlands is an advantage but not essential.

• Thorough knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems.

• Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5.

• Excellent IT skills.
