M&E Lead for a Leading Principal Contractor on a Pharmaceutical Project in Denmark
Are you an accomplished Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) professional with a background in pharmaceutical projects or data centers? We're looking for an exceptional M&E Lead to spearhead our prestigious project in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Denmark, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to seamlessly integrate M&E systems into the project.
- Provide expert technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from design and procurement to installation and commissioning.
- Manage M&E budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities, optimizing project resources and expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and best practices in M&E design and implementation.
- Proactively address technical challenges and resolve issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in M&E processes and systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record as an M&E Lead or similar role, ideally with experience in pharmaceutical projects or data centers.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, including HVAC, utilities, and process equipment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or data centers is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Danish regulations, codes, and standards related to M&E systems.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset and strategic problem-solving abilities to overcome technical challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
