Electrical Engineer- Frankfurt 

To €75,000 DOE + Package 

We are assisting a leading delivery partner specialising in Data Centre Solutions with expertise spanning the entire lifecycle of data centre projects in their search for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer. As Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and work closely with project teams to ensure that electrical systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:     

• Collaborate with a team of electrical sub-contractors to assist in the design, development, and installation of electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements. 

• Ensure that technical assessments are completed as required and technical issues are resolved without delay.   

• Update and record progress on system trackers which are fully aligned with the electrical construction schedule.  

• Review the electrical installation with the BIM team to ensure the design is constructible and that there is adequate space for installation and maintenance.   

• Complete electrical system walk-downs to ensure systems are compliant with specifications and drawings.  

• Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the performance and reliability of electrical systems and components.   

• Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and reliability.   

• Ensure that all electrical work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment on-site.   

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.   

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering within construction preferably with a good background in both mechanical and electrical projects. 

• Data Centre experience is desirable. 

• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, systems, and tools related to engineering functions. 

• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, materials, and relevant codes and standards.   

• Effective communication skills in German is desirable.  

• Attention to detail with strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
