Document Controller-Administrator - Dublin
As a Document Controller/Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. This role will be based both on-site and in office. The This position allows for a base at the Company’s project located in Dublin.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support to the onsite team
- Overall Management of the project CDE (Common Data Environment) ensuring compliance.
- Liaising with contracts managers/construction staff.
- Recording of daily attendance and timesheets.
- Filing of site report sheets, safety audits and memos.
- Coordination and management of the project controls.
- Control of critical documents via the project database.
- Submission and tracking of project documentation.
- General administration duties including data inputting and updating information efficiently.
Skills and Requirements
- Leaving Certificate.
- 2-3 years in a similar position in the construction industry desirable.
- Excellent IT skills essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
- Experience using SAP software advantageous.
- Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
