Responsibilities:
- Chairing design project meetings
- Supervising external design teams
- Coordinating with various teams and departments
- Collaborating with clients to ensure fulfillment of their requirements and meeting expectations
- Ensuring timely availability of design information to relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all processes
- Staying abreast of evolving legislation and codes of practice for compliance
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects, alongside design considerations
- Contributing to design from tender phase through project completion
- Managing design schedules
- Championing value engineering and innovative approaches in project designs
- Fulfilling any other reasonable requests as directed by Management
- Aligning behaviors and daily activities with the core values

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- HNC/HND/degree in Construction Management or Architecture
- BSc in Design and Construction Management
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage heavy workloads
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong self-motivation and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective presentation skills and adeptness in evaluating ideas during meetings
- Experience in designing temporary structures
- Proficiency in external public realm design (Hard/Soft landscaping)
