€70,000-75,000 DOE + to €28,000 EU Allowance + Shared Accommodation Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of construction and engineering projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction, and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works. The need now exists for an experienced CSA Package Manager to work on projects within various sectors such as Life Sciences, Advanced Technology, Data Centres, and Fire Protection. As a CSA Package Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages within large-scale projects including coordinating with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Plan, manage, and deliver CSA work packages, coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to finalize scope and execution plans ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets. Monitor on-site progress and oversee subcontractor performance, providing guidance, and addressing issues as they arise. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and construction feasibility and resolve technical conflicts related to CSA disciplines. Enforce health and safety regulations across all CSA activities and ensure all work adheres to environmental sustainability standards and local building codes. Prepare and maintain accurate records of progress reports for project managers and relevant stakeholders and attend meetings when required. Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural engineering principles and construction methods. Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture. 5+ years of site management experience successfully delivering complex CSA packages and fit out works on time and within the budget. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Effective organizational, multitasking abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
