We are assisting a leading Cost Consultancy involved in Data Centre, Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Sport, and Retail contracts with operations all over Europe in their search for a dedicated and experienced Assistant CSA Cost Manager to be working on the company's projects in Amsterdam. As Assistant CSA Cost Manager you will be Assisting the Senior Cost Managers, helping prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Help in preparing detailed cost estimates for CSA components.
Support the development & monitoring of project budgets.
Help with the procurement of CSA materials and services.
Assist in evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Collaborate with project teams to track expenditures and ensure alignment with the budget.
Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies and issues.
Prepare regular financial reports and updates for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to CSA elements.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying or related role in the construction industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience in CSA, Data Centre, Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Sport, and Retail contracts is beneficial.
MRICS or other related professional body membership is beneficial.
Strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in cost management softwares and tools.
