Commercial Development Lead – Multidisciplinary Consultancy - Dublin We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary consultancy with a global record of successful delivery on a range of projects. This role would be focusing on their hyperscale data centres, major remediation projects, public sector frameworks, commercial developments and international technical delivery. Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking a well experienced Commercial Development Lead to provide support across their Architecture, MEP and Fire Engineering divisions. Responsibilities • Strategic Project Pursuits & Bid Support Requirements • Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline with circa 5–10 years’ experience within a consultancy or design-led environment Why Apply? Support the identification and execution of high-value project opportunities across multiple sectors, contributing to bid strategies, tender responses, and framework submissions to position the business competitively.
• Client Engagement & Presentation Delivery
Prepare and support delivery of high-quality, client-facing presentations and pitch materials, ensuring clear, compelling communication of technical capability and commercial value.
• Commercial Positioning & Market Strategy
Work closely with senior leadership to shape and refine the company’s commercial positioning, contributing to go-to-market strategies and identifying opportunities to strengthen client engagement and sector presence.
• Content Development & Brand Consistency
Produce visually strong and technically accurate submission materials, ensuring consistency across all external communications, including capability statements, bid documents, and marketing collateral.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Executive Support
Coordinate inputs from architectural, engineering, and technical teams to support major pursuits, while assisting senior stakeholders with strategic initiatives, reporting, and business development activities.
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of bids, tenders, and project lifecycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality client-facing content
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
