Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin – Residential We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor with a proven track record across major residential and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of large-scale residential projects in Dublin. Key Responsibilities • Commercial & Cost Management Requirements • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction Package €100,000 – €110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
Lead all aspects of cost planning, budgeting, and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives and margin targets.
• Procurement Strategy
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from tender preparation and analysis to subcontractor negotiation and appointment.
• Valuations & Variations
Oversee measurements, interim valuations, variations, and final accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
• Contract Administration
Manage contracts across multiple packages, ensuring compliance, effective change control, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with project teams and clients, providing clear commercial insight, reporting, and strategic input to support decision-making.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Strong background with main contractors
• Based within commuting distance of Dublin
