Senior Site Manager – Dublin – High-Rise Residential

We are partnering with a Tier 1 main contractor delivering landmark projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. With a strong pipeline spanning residential, commercial, and mission-critical developments, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on a flagship high-rise residential scheme in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

•   Project & Site Leadership
Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations on a high-rise residential development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards within a complex urban environment.
•   Subcontractor & Trade Management
Drive performance across multiple subcontractors, maintaining alignment with programme milestones, budget targets, and quality expectations while leading coordination and progress meetings.
•   Health & Safety Excellence
Promote a best-in-class safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to all HSE regulations through audits, risk assessments, and ongoing site engagement.
•   Logistics & Programme Coordination
Oversee site logistics including deliveries, crane operations, and sequencing, optimising workflow in a constrained city-centre setting.
•   Quality & Finishing Oversight
Ensure exceptional build quality across all phases, managing inspections, snagging, and handover processes to deliver a premium residential product.

Requirements

•   Relevant construction qualification or strong trade background
•   6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale residential or high-rise projects
•   Strong leadership and communication skills
•   Based within commuting distance of Dublin
