Fit Out Project Manager - Data Centre - Helsinki

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

Fit-Out Package Leadership
•   Take full ownership of CSA architectural fit-out packages, including finishes, raised access floors, partitions, door sets, ceilings, cleanrooms, and specialist internal environments.
•   Lead a team of Package Managers, Engineers, and Construction Managers to drive coordinated delivery on site.
Programme & Delivery Management
•   Manage project schedules, milestones, and sequencing of fit-out works within a fast-track data centre programme.
•   Identify risks to programme and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Commercial & Cost Control
•   Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting across all fit-out packages.
•   Review subcontractor pricing, variations, and payment applications, ensuring strong commercial governance.
Supply Chain & Stakeholder Coordination
•   Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements and delivery expectations.
•   Lead coordination with CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of fit-out works.
Quality, Compliance & Handover
•   Drive quality assurance across all architectural finishes, ensuring delivery to Tier 1 and client standards.
•   Oversee inspections, snagging, and project close-out, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and handover requirements are completed.

Requirements

Must be Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Must have 10+ years’ experience within a main contractor environment, delivering large-scale projects.
Must have proven track record in architectural / fit-out delivery on complex projects (data centres, pharma, or high-tech industrial preferred).
