Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company has become a trusted name within the mission-critical sector.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join the site delivery team on a major data centre project in Amsterdam.
The successful candidate will support the management and supervision of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements. With a strong focus on site coordination and day-to-day supervision, the CSA Supervisor will play a key role in monitoring subcontractor performance, maintaining site standards, and supporting the successful delivery of the CSA package.
The successful candidate will work closely with construction managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day CSA construction activities across the project site
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are carried out in line with programme requirements
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Support coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP teams on site
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks across CSA works
• Assist in identifying and resolving site-related technical and construction issues
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times across the work areas
• Maintain accurate site records, progress updates, and daily reports
• Support site logistics, material coordination, and work sequencing activities
• Attend toolbox talks, coordination meetings, and progress reviews as required
• Assist with snagging, inspections, and handover activities during project completion phases
• Promote high standards of housekeeping, safety, and workmanship across the site

Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a CSA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Foreman role on construction projects
• Previous experience within data centre, industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities
• Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating site activities
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced construction environments
• Relevant trade background or construction qualification is advantageous
• SMSTS, SSSTS, or equivalent site supervision certification preferred
