Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects across Europe, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the delivery team on a large-scale data centre project in Amsterdam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. With a strong focus on civil engineering and structural works, the CSA Construction Manager will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing interfaces, and driving the CSA package through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all CSA works are executed in line with design intent, programme requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all CSA construction activities across the project site
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and productivity across civil, structural, and architectural packages
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, drawings, and project standards
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Drive health & safety standards on site and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and interface coordination between trades and subcontractors
• Conduct regular inspections, progress reviews, and quality checks across all CSA works
• Support project reporting, programme reviews, and construction planning activities
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist with commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities
• Ensure accurate site documentation and reporting is maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager on large-scale construction or engineering projects
• Previous experience within data centre or mission-critical environments is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction processes
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary site teams
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control, and health & safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, technically complex project environments
• Experience working on international or large-scale commercial projects is advantageous
• Degree-qualified or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
