Electrical Lead – Sweden We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major mission-critical and cleanroom projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join their site delivery team. This role will focus on overseeing the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across complex cleanroom and industrial environments. You will coordinate contractors on site, manage quality inspections, support commissioning activities, and ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with project specifications. This role suits an experienced Electrical Supervisor or E&I Supervisor with strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, controls, commissioning, and site coordination on large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or data centre projects.
• Supervise erection and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across cleanroom and industrial environments
• Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrical Trade background with relevant site experience
€110,000 - €125,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee MV/LV electrical installation activities in coordination with contractors and subcontractors
• Support FAT, SAT, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning activities
• Coordinate fire detection systems, VESDA, BAS, EMS, instrumentation, and controls systems installations
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings, progress meetings, engineering reviews, and planning meetings
• Coordinate daily field activities between contractors, client teams, and engineering departments
• Carry out quality inspections in line with QA/QC procedures, Quality Plans, and ITPs
• Prepare commissioning procedures and support energisation and start-up activities
• Manage LOTO procedures, electrical isolations, consignation activities, and PTW systems
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, and site compliance requirements
• Report progress, risks, delays, and technical issues to management teams
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
About You
• Strong experience supervising E&I installation works on industrial, pharma, semiconductor, cleanroom, or data centre projects
• Experience working with MV/LV systems, controls systems, and commissioning activities
• Strong understanding of FAT, SAT, QA/QC, ITPs, LOTO, and PTW systems
• Experience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary site teams
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, technically complex project environments
