Our client is an established award-winning residential contractor operating across London and the South East from seven regional offices. This contractor is a progressive organisation both in terms of construction processes & methodologies as well as investment in their employees. Despite recent events their current work level and forward order book remains very strong and they are on a very strong financial footing.
The need now exists for a Site Manager (number:2) to join the delivery team working on a new build development in South-East London.

Our client is seeking a Site Manager with an all-round knowledge of the construction process from groundworks & structures to internal fit out & finishes.
Applicants MUST HAVE experience of residential new build schemes specifically with a MAIN CONTRACTOR. Demonstrable career STABILITY is also a pre-requisite specified by our client
A strong level of I.T Literacy is required for this role along with the SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Our client is seeking applications from dynamic, driven and ambitious Site Managers keen progress their career and move into a Project Management in the future (and beyond)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, stable & successful organisation that can offer genuine career stability and progression
