Our client is an established contractor specialising in laboratory new build & refurbishment schemes for the pharmaceutical sector with key clients including major pharmaceutical companies, Life Science institutions, prestigious teaching universities, hospitals and government facilities 

Projects undertaken are a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and fit out works (often on the same scheme) and project values range in value from £2m - £25m (occasionally larger)

The need now exists for a Project Quantity Surveyors at Intermediate level on  large laboratory extension and refurbishment schemes  across several sites in Ireland.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working on pharmaceutical / laboratory / life science projects and will have refurbishment and experience with Internals Packages – White Wall / Ceilings / Floors etc.  and Fitout.
