Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in construction project management, particularly in data centre projects? We're searching for an exceptional Senior Project Manager fluent in French, and holding EU citizenship, to lead our prestigious projects in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on data centres, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Supervise project teams, fostering collaboration and driving results to meet project objectives.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks promptly, implementing effective strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of all project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine project delivery processes and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects.
- EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this role.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
