QA/QC Manager

QA/QC Manager- Netherlands

We are assisting a leading External Contractor in their search for a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage the quality processes of Roofing and Cladding projects. As QA/QC Manager you ideally have a strong background in Roofing and Cladding quality management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems ensuring the highest standards are met throughout all stages of the projects. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements.  

• Quality Management of roofing and cladding ensuring integration within the overall project.  

• Ensure all processes are documented, consistent, and align with industry standards and company policies.  

• Lead the continuous improvement of the QMS to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.  

• Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures including internal and external audits, to verify compliance with established QMS, industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.  

• Supervise and manage all QA/QC activities, including inspection, testing, and verification of installations & services.  

• Prepare regular reports on quality performance, including key quality metrics, audit findings & status, for relevant senior management.  

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.  

• Qualification in Quality Management and relevant standards.  

• 5+ years' experience as QA/QC Manager with focus on Roofing and Cladding projects. 

• Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO PCI DSS, EN 50600, TIA 942, industry regulations, and best practices.  

• Effective communication skills. 

• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.  

• Proven experience in leading audits & quality assessments.
