M&E Estimator

Location: Greenford Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Our client. a busy, leading building services company providing a range of specialist skills harnessed through our Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities services and offsite Modular Design & Construction business is currently looking for a M&E Estimator to join their large project on a site located in North West London.

 

  • Carrying out M&E PPM cost Estimation and pricing and contract variations.
  • Completing and submitting proposal and tender returns ensuring that they are done at the highest level
  • Making sure that all the tasks allocated by the department are completed on time while also maintaining the high level of quality of work
  • Complete post pre-construction KPI’s for sub-contractors and consultants assessing their performance
