Location: Poland Salary: toc€90k + accommodation + flights + bonus + living allowancce

Our Client a leading international contractor operating within the pharmaceutical, datacentre, commercial and industrial sectors in Ireland and rest of Europe require a lead M&E Project Manager working on datacentre projects based in Warsaw, Poland. You will be preferably degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years’ experience of which the last few years should be in a senior management capacity working on datacentre projects. Your responsibilities will include Validating the project, producing procurement plan, drawing / design plan, construction programme, liaising with client and design team on procurement and engineering issues while developing  project safety and quality plans. You will also be responsible for mobilisation of sub-contractors, labour and site establishment while ensuring projects team familiarity with the Projects and contract requirements. You will be completely responsible for the effective day to day running of site activities and delivery of the project within the given constraints of time and cost. You will also ensure compliance with programme, materials deliveries, engineering, quality and safety issues in addition to compliance with Contract requirements. You will attend meetings with the client, sub-contractors to discuss project progress and ensure effective cost and sales control in conjunction with QS & Lead Engineers. You will manage and coordinate installation of the project and ensure compliance with all relevant technical aspects within construction industry. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing testing and commissioning is carried out in accordance with the Quality Plan and projects specific requirements and liaise with the Commercial site team to create final account, etc
